- I finally got a hold of someone for Cakewalk customer support (support@cakewalk.com) and with a couple e-mails got the registration code from them that actually works. I would still like to get back my old version of Pyro Audio Creator 1.5 and was wondering if anyone here has it or knows how to download a free version.
- LAME is a high quality MPEG Audio Layer III (MP3) encoder licensed under the LGPL. Latest LAME release: v3.100 (October 2017) LAME development started around mid-1998. Mike Cheng started it as a patch against the 8hz-MP3 encoder sources. After some quality concerns raised by others, he decided to start from scratch based on the dist10 sources.
Email service for the old Cakewalk site was shut down when Gibson closed the company. CbB supports mp3 export. I do not know if support@cakewalk.com can send out the old Cakewalk mp3 unlock.
