Postman's Guild Headquarters
The easiest way to get to Kevin in Postman's Guild Headquarters is to go north from Arak.
Mission 1 - Missing Courier
Talk to Postmaster Kevin in Medivian Postmaster's Guild north of Arak. He will tell you to find a missing postman that had a job to do in Thoris.
After you take the mission from Postmaster Kevin, head north-west and follow the road to Thoris shown on the map above.Search the cave indicated on the map for the body of missing postman. When you find it, take the letter from the body and you should see a message confirming it that 'You have found a letter inside a body'. You can now go back to Postmaster Kevin.Tell Postmaster Kevin that you completed the mission.
Mission 2 - Jammed Mailbox
Before you are welcome to join the Postman's Guild you need to run some errands for Kevin.To complete this mission you need a Crowbar! You can get a Crowbar for example from general stores in Garrogat, Osaris or Mittenhoff.You need to deliver a letter to Sergeant Felis. You will find him in his tent in a mercenary camp outside walls of Thoris to the south. He will be marked on your map if you ask the guards to mark everything but you shouldn't have problem finding him. He is a little bit to the west after you exit through south gate of Thoris.When you talk to Sergeant Felis about a mission he will send you to fix a jammed mailbox. You need to go south-west from Thoris and find the Boat NPC who will then take you to an ice island Mejborn. When you arrive on the island head north west and go to the top of the mountain to find a mailbox. Use a crowbar on it and it should flash green. Go back to Sergeant Felis and report about the mailbox.
You can now go back to postmaster Kevin in the headquarters and tell him about completing the mission.Kevin will welcome you as a postmaster and send you onto mission 3.
Mission 3 - Stolen Mail
Kevin send us to Uls in Eschen. Uls will tell you to kill mail-stealing banditsGo to the Mailbox to the south-west of Eschen and use it. It will spawn 5-6 bandits. Kill them and report back to Uls, and then to Kevin
Mission 4 - Brother's Joke
Kevin will tell you to go to Osaris to NPC Horif.He will tell you to collect 20 bones and go to his friend Kontar who is located in the stables just outside of Yehsha.Give him the Bone and report back to NPC Horif, then report back to Kevin.

Mission 5 - Romantic Gift
Kevin send us to Garrogat, to the furniture NPC Thordvald. You can find him next to jeweler, here:
He will tell you to buy a Ruby Necklace (3,540 gp) from the jeweler NPC Leunaurd to the left of him for him.
Next go to cirone and hand it to NPC Arietta.
After that, report back to Thordvald, and then report back to Kevin
Mission 6 - Soldiers in Danger
Kevin tell you to go to Garrogat, next to Cirone and meet Sergeant.
Note:Bring the Mouldy Cheese, Rotten Meat and the Fish Remains with you now.
The Sergenant will tell you to go to Arak to meet up with the Soldiers. You can find them here:
The Place is protected by a 'Troll'.When talking to him, he will tell you that he is not troll but hungry ogre.
In order to pass him, bring Mouldy Cheese, Rotten Meat and the Fish Remains and talk to him saying:
→ hi → food → yes
Afterwards, go to the soldiers in storage room and say:
Hi → mission → and then according to the dialogue.
After you are finished, first report back to the Sergeant and then to Kevin.
Mission 7 - The Uniforms
For this mission, Kevin will give you 500gp and send you to Lucindel to meet with Eponia, to buy Pattern from her.
Afterwards, go to Mittenhoff (for example via the grifin station in Garrogat) to meet up with Ardurim
follow the road in Mittenhoff to reach NPC Ardurim
After talking to Ardurim, he is telling you that he needs a barrel of beer.
So now, you have to go back to Arak and talk to NPC Kirill to buy a beer barrel from him (250gp)
After that, you have to move back to NPC Ardurim in Mittenhoff.
He will then send us to Emperor Arsene in Eschen, to ask him about what color the new uniform should be.
After talking to the Emperor, you have to once again walk back to Mittenhoff to talk to Ardurim and tell him that the uniform should be blue.
Afterwards, report back to Kevin, who will promote you to Grand Postman.
Mission 8 - The Royal mail
After talking to Kevin, he will tell you to go downstairs and get a letter behind a door, inside a chest.DO NOT OPEN/USE THE LETTER
Now, once again, go back to Emperor Arsene in Eschen and report to him saying:
hail king -> mission -> yes.
Now once again report back to Kevin
Mission 9 - Dear Santa
Ask Kevin for another mission. He will now tell you to use the other door down the stairs, and grab a the letterbag.
Note: You will need 500 cap for this bag
Now, as before, walk to the boat south-west of Thoris and travel to Neve
Use the letterbox on the Mailbox, and then report back to Kevin

Ask Kevin for another mission. He will now send you to Minoras, to Taurin Twinhorn.

Prepare some supplies, as you will face alot of Minotaur, Minotaur Archer, Minotaur Guard, Minotaur Mage.
Find the NPC and talk to the Mino Queen.
Careful: Once you say Hi, it will spawn 4 Minotaur Archer and 1 Minotaur Guard, and she will also burn you upon saying bye.Tell the NPC:
Hi -> then defeat the guards
Hi -> letter -> yes
After that, simply walk back:
Now report back to Kevin, who will promote you to an Archpostman!

Current situation/Problem:
As you probably should know, you can't ask the task to the NPC Budrik after level 40, what makes unfair for who didn't know. My case for example. I just knew about the task at level 55. NPC Budrik claims that we are to stronger to kill minotaurs and we wouldn't like to do it. It can be true... for the weakest minotaurs.
Solutions:
So, my proposal is at level 100 (for example) be able to ask NPC Budrik a new task to kill only the new minotaurs (5000?) that are stronger and suitable even for my level. That would bring for me a new chance to get the nose ring. And, of course, this task can't be done for all. It can't be done if:
You had already done the previous task (40-)
You have the previous task open
Goals:
A new chance to make the task and get the nose ring
A new goal to achieve in Tibia
Dynamic task system
A new way to incentive hunt in the new area
Outcome:
It will be a challenger and expensive to knights finish the task.
Horned Fox isn't a big challenge for level 100+
Consequences:
Decrease the 'rarity' of the nose ring
Decrease of the price of the nose ring
Assassin Outfit will be easier to get

Create a new boss with suitable items for high levels (by Dekraken durinars)
